Hi,

If you’re reading this, then you’re here because you want to do some or all of the following:

* Lose weight/ body-fat
* Get fitter, stronger and move better.
* Stop hating yourself and how you look
* Become healthier, happier and more confident.
* Stop wasting money on fad diets and unrealistic exercise regimes.
* Stop wasting your life wishing you looked like someone else.

The good news is, you have come to the right place.

SOLUTION: All the help you need is right here!

I’m going to teach you how to understand your body and, more importantly, how to understand your brain so you can recognise your own behaviour patterns and create a lasting lifestyle change that will make you healthier, leaner and happier.

BRAIN DRAIN: You’ll learn why you act the way you do and how to stop

Let’s be honest, you all kind of know what to do to lose weight. You need to stop eating high-calorie rubbish and embark on a safe, appropriate training regime. You know this. You don’t need me or anyone else to tell you that.

But time and time again, something stops you from doing these things. You might make some small progress, but then you slide back to where you where or even further behind.

That something is our own brains and it has nothing to do with not having a positive mindset.

It’s nothing to do with with self-sabotage either. The definition of ” sabotage” is “to deliberately destroy, damage or obstruct something”. No-one does that to themselves so don’t ever let anyone tell you that you purposely stand in your own way and make you feel bad.

If you’re reading this, the likelihood is you’re a successful woman, maybe you run your own business or have a demanding job. You may also have a family too. In short, you keep all the balls in the air – for everyone else. And sometimes you just have nothing left for yourself. The idea of starting a fitness regime or embarking on some kind of strict diet makes you feel like running for the hills.

Where this programme differs from most others is that I’m not going to tell you to rely on willpower. That’s an over-rated strategy that is doomed to failure because willpower doesn’t last for ever, it’s like a phone battery. The more you use it, the faster it runs down.

I’m not going to tell you you’re weak if you fall off the wagon. We all do sometimes and it doesn’t mean we’re lazy or we don’t want it bad enough.

RELAX: No more making yourself miserable relying on willpower

I’m just going to help you understand why you react the way you do. I’m going to show you how to take back control of your own decisions so you can keep moving towards your goals and stay there once you reach that destination.

Sound good?  Awesome, it’s time to read Start Here.
