Before I started training with Pam I was totally frustrated at not losing weight or inches, I was doing the usual faddy diets, running around the park and a few hours at the gym. I always thought my training was sufficient and my diet was healthy. Then I was introduced to Pam. After I started to train with Pam, she overhauled my diet, offered advice on how to improve it, and opened my eyes to a new way of training. A classic quote I heard from Pam at one of our sessions when asked by someone “what are you training for”??? Answer “Life”. That’s stuck with me, what other incentive do you need?? With Pam I’ve lost weight, lost inches, and more importantly gained fat loads of confidence, and a healthy relationship with training and food.
Pam manages to bring out that little bit more, just when you think “I can’t”, with Pam YOU can. I look forward to my training sessions and no matter what she puts me through I always feel a great sense of achievement and in my own words “Proper Good”
