Panfried free range turkey steaks with tomatoes, on a bed of stir-fried kale, red onion and red peppers. It was garnished with chickpeas seasoned with fresh chopped mint, balsamic vinegar and fresh chilli.

Roasted chicken breast with courgettes pan fried in garlic and crushed fennel, spring greens with toasted pine nuts, garlic and chilli garnished with roasted shallots and served on a bed of quinoa.
Turkey mince stir fried in coconut oil, with shallots, ginger, chilli, garlic and basil, served in an iceberg lettuce leaf.
Free range chicken breast roasted with a little coconut oil, roasted red peppers, plum tomatoes, courgettes, shallots and whole unpeeled garlic gloves, drizzled with a little olive oil. It's all served on a bed of quinoa which I flavour by mashing the roasted garlic cloves in with it. Sooo good, clean and very filling.

Spicy turkey mince kebab on a bed of kale cooked with a dash of coconut oil and flavoured with with chilli, ginger and shallots and some sweet potato chips. Little dressing of Greek yoghurt with lime and coriander to top it off.
